Preschool Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at our Reggio-inspired preschool. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and be passionate about early childhood education.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience for all students.
- Incorporate Reggio principles into daily activities to encourage independence and exploration.
- Engage children in math, language, and other educational activities through interactive lessons.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. EEC teacher certified (or working towards certification)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for young learners.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation techniques.
- Understanding of classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior.
