Preschool Teacher (2+ Years Experience Required)

We are currently looking for a nurturing and energetic preschool teacher (3 years- 5 years classroom) to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Ensures that appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.

* The ideal preschool teacher will be fun, energetic, loving and creative while working with children in a STEM Based program.

* Attends and participates in staff meetings, school events, and parent meetings as requested.

* Assists and supervises children during all activities.

* Log in all daily activities and notes to the app.

* Preschool teacher will implements classroom lesson plans and activities provided by the school.

* Plans and prepares instructional aids / materials for classroom activities in addition to provided lessons.

*Teacher assists children with meal times and clean-up.

* Teacher will ensures that all classroom and outdoor equipment are in good working condition and are used and maintained properly.

* Teacher will work other staff in the classroom to ensure that the classroom functions in an orderly manner.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED

* 2 year childcare experience as a preschool teacher in licensed child care center.

* Must have reliable transportation

* Must be able to pass a local and federal background check

* Must meet all other requirements as outlined by the Texas DFPS
