At Spark we use a naturalistic play-based approach to ABA and throughout our totally unique and inclusive classrooms. As an ABA Therapist and Preschool Teacher in our unique program, you will spend a portion of your day leading play-based and fun individual ABA therapy sessions, and a portion of your day leading a small classroom of preschool aged children.

What You Bring to The Table:

• Excited to work with neuro divergent and neuro typical children
• ABA experience is strongly preferred, but not required
• Experience making lesson plans, or activity plans
• You've worked with children in a classroom, preschool, or a play-based setting before
• You thrive in environments steeped in collaboration, support, and open communication
• You feel comfortable being a leader and role model for your colleagues
• You're a solution oriented person who enjoys looking at problems from all different angels and perspectives
• You're someone that likes that each day is different, and also strives to work towards bringing consistency in their classroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
