Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Full-Time Preschool Teacher for children ages 2 to 3 years old. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young learners, support their early childhood development, and create a nurturing classroom environment. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to toddlers’ developmental needs, incorporating literacy education, physical activities, and social-emotional learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence.
- Manage daily classroom routines, including lesson planning, circle time, play-based activities, and rest periods.
- Observe and assess children’s progress through informal assessments and standardized testing when appropriate; document developmental milestones.
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect among children.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child’s progress, needs, and achievements.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, special education strategies, early intervention programs, and classroom management techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings; preschool experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, curriculum development, and classroom management practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Experience with literacy education, toddler care, Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus.
