Position Overview

We’re seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher who is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to fostering meaningful learning experiences. In this role, you’ll help plan curriculum, guide daily activities, and create a warm, inclusive classroom where children can thrive. If you love engaging young learners and supporting social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in the field of early childhood education.

Key ResponsibilitiesChild Development & Classroom Instruction

• Help plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Support cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development
• Observe and document children’s progress
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, including children with special needs
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Classroom Environment & Safety

• Assist with organizing and maintaining learning environments
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards
• Monitor classroom cleanliness and perform daily safety checks
• Help manage classroom materials and resources

Family Communication & Team Collaboration

• Build positive, professional relationships with families; provide updates as needed
• Participate in parent–teacher conferences
• Collaborate with team members to plan themes, activities, and school events
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to a strong team culture

Professional Growth

• Participate in ongoing professional development
• Stay updated on early childhood education practices

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred)
• Understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certification and background check (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
