Job Title: Preschool Teacher
Location: Firstcry Intellitots Preschool, Danish Nagar , Bhopal
Reports To: School Principal / Head of Preschool

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher to create and implement engaging learning activities for children aged [3-5 years]. The role involves fostering the academic, emotional, and social development of young children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive, safe environment.
• Assess children's progress and provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure a consistent learning experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience working with young children preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
