Position Overview

Join the most experienced, loving, and dedicated family team of teachers and staff in the south metro! As a Teacher at Anna’s Bananas, you will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children ages 33 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming classroom where children feel safe and valued
• Encourage children to express themselves and explore their world
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Monitor and assess each child’s development and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Establish clear classroom routines and behavior expectations
• Plan and lead activities that support physical, emotional, and social development
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and any concerns
