<Duties>

- Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a positive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills.
- Use behavior management techniques to promote good conduct and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers through regular communication about child welfare, developmental milestones, and classroom experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans while ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and early childhood education standards.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or childcare center settings, including classroom management and lesson planning.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention practices, and literacy education techniques.
- Familiarity with special education needs and behavior management strategies tailored for young learners.
- Experience with curriculum development, Montessori methods, or early childhood education certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive environment that supports child welfare and promotes positive behavior.
