Journey Parent's Day Out strives to help build strong kids and support building strong families. We do that by facilitating the spiritual, emotional, physical and academic growth of the children in our program so that they can grow into the fullness God has for them and by finding ways to support families in growing stronger and closer to God and each other.

Work Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00am - 3:00pm

Job Highlights

Responsibilities include classroom management, care of children and class activities.

We are a Christian organization so you must be comfortable sharing Bible stories and truths about God throughout the day.

Must have reliable transportation and arrive promptly and serve to the best of your ability during Parents Day Out.

Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs, getting up and down on the floor and standing for extended periods.

Must be comfortable guiding children in appropriate behavior in a positive manner while maintaining a calm demeanor.

Must be able to interact with parents in a respectful, positive manner.

Maintaining appropriate emotional and physical boundaries with students is a huge priority in our organization.

Must abide by the Journey PDO Code of Conduct.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
