Preschool Teacher (Threes/PreK)

We are looking for a Preschool Teacher to join our team! We would love to talk with you to see if this position is a good fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Nurture children as they grow their independence
• Implement an engaging curriculum suitable for preschool children
• Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach children
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
• Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve conflict
• Guide children to engage and explore their curiosities and develop their artistic and practical capabilities
• Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
• Communicate with parents regularly
• Collaborate with other educators
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
• Maintain professional development hours as required by state and local authority.
