Are you someone who believes early childhood is sacred, meaningful work? Do you light up when you see a child master a new skill, make a new friend, or feel proud of themselves?
We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our school family. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to shape little hearts and growing minds in a loving, team-oriented environment. If you are passionate about nurturing children, collaborating with others, and growing both personally and professionally, we would love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that help children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically
Foster a classroom environment that is safe, structured, joyful, and full of encouragement
Build positive, respectful relationships with children and their families
Communicate openly and professionally with parents and team members
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership to support the overall success of the school
Maintain compliance with all state licensing and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Previous experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A nurturing spirit, patience, and a genuine love for children
Reliable transportation
Willingness to meet and maintain all state licensing requirements
What We Offer:
Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)
Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time (after eligibility requirements are met)
Childcare tuition discounts
Paid professional development and training
Supportive leadership and a team that truly values one another
Our Culture:
We are a people-first, team-centered school community.
We believe in supporting one another, celebrating wins (big and small), and creating a workplace where teachers feel appreciated, respected, and encouraged.
When our teachers feel valued, our children thrive and that’s what matters most.
