As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and growth of children, guiding them through their formative years with engaging activities and educational experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes learning in various domains including literacy, math, and physical education.
• Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, incorporating individualized instruction as necessary.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Foster strong relationships with students and their families, ensuring open communication regarding each child's progress and needs.
• Provide care for young children, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
• Monitor and assess children's development, utilizing standardized testing when appropriate to track progress.
• Maintain an organized classroom that is conducive to learning while also being safe for all students.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Skills

• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
• Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
