• Curriculum Development and Implementation:
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cover various developmental areas (e.g., language, literacy, math, science, social-emotional skills).
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, storytelling, and group activities.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the individual needs and learning styles of children.
• Classroom Management and Environment:
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
• Manage student behavior effectively, fostering a positive and respectful classroom culture.
• Organize and prepare materials and resources for lessons and activities.
• Child Development and Observation:
• Observe children's progress and development, identifying areas of strength and areas needing support.
• Provide individualized attention and support to children as needed.
• Track children's progress and communicate it to parents through regular reports or meetings.
• Parent Communication and Collaboration:
• Build positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues related to their child's learning or behavior.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school events.
• Professional Development:
• Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,206.25 per month
