Preschool Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
Bright Little Stars Inc is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of toddler children. The Preschool Toddler Teacher will be responsible for helping develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. No experience needed to apply.

Duties

• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Assist children with daily routines, including personal hygiene and meal times.
• Foster social skills through group activities and encourage positive interactions among children.
• Monitor children's behavior to ensure compliance with rules and promote positive discipline techniques.
• Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies and behavior management techniques.
• Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Fingerprint background/criminal background checks required as we work with children.

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $13.50 - $14.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
