Preschool & Toddler Teacher

Hands to Minds Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher for our three-year-old classroom AND a One-year old Toddler Teacher. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, thrives in a structured yet playful environment, and is committed to fostering growth, independence, and a love of learning in young children.

The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Candidates must demonstrate strong classroom management skills, supporting social interactions, and developmental milestones—including supporting and encouraging potty training in a positive and patient manner.

This position requires the ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that are both educational and engaging, promoting cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development. The ideal candidate is loving, proactive, and takes initiative in maintaining a well-organized classroom while collaborating effectively with team members.
