We are seeking a passionate dependable and energetic Preschool/Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging daily activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts.
- Provide attentive toddler care, and preschool instruction tailored to each child's age and individual needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards, including first aid procedure.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement, behavior management techniques, and consistent routines.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare, classroom management, and curriculum development.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required. Must take a drug test and have a physical before the start of work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering a caring and nurturing environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members professionally.
