<Responsibilities>
- Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum development plans that promote early childhood education, literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior management strategies and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Engage with children through age-appropriate activities focused on childhood development, toddler care, and early intervention techniques.
- Help with lesson planning and classroom organization to ensure smooth daily routines and effective instructional delivery.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety and promoting active learning experiences.
- Collaborate with staff to support special education needs and implement individualized plans for children requiring additional assistance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to promote child welfare.
<Requirements>
- Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, classroom management strategies, and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, Montessori methods, and standardized testing is advantageous.
- Experience with classroom experience including lesson planning, tutoring, teaching physical education, and working with students of diverse needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with families.
- Ability to support children’s social-emotional growth through nurturing interactions and positive reinforcement.
- Certification or coursework related to childhood development or special education is a plus; however, enthusiasm for ongoing learning is essential.
