About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced prescriber with full practice authority to support a growing women’s health practice. This role focuses on caring for individuals across the perinatal, maternal, and perimenopausal stages, providing holistic, evidence-based care tailored to each phase of life.

This position will begin part-time, with flexibility in scheduling and expectations as the role evolves. Ideal for someone looking to build with a practice, shape care delivery, and maintain work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and medication management
• Deliver care for perinatal, postpartum, maternal mental health, and perimenopause populations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Support a patient-centered, trauma-informed care model

Qualifications

• Active license with full practice authority (NP, APN, PA, or MD/DO as applicable)
• Experience in women’s health, perinatal mental health, or related fields preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Passion for supporting women across reproductive and midlife transitions
