JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Overview :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our team. The role will focus on designing impactful, visually compelling, and brand-consistent presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling ability, and proficiency in creating engaging presentations that communicate ideas effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Design & Development

● Create high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for business pitches, client meetings, conferences, training modules, and marketing initiatives.

● Translate complex data, reports, and concepts into easy-to-understand visual narratives.

● Design custom graphics, icons, infographics, charts, and layouts to support effective storytelling.

● Maintain brand consistency across all presentations by adhering to brand guidelines, templates, and visual identity standards.

Collaboration & Creativity

● Work closely with marketing, business development, leadership, and content teams to develop presentations aligned with specific goals and messaging.

● Offer creative suggestions to enhance content flow, structure, and visual storytelling.

● Adapt presentation formats for diverse use cases including investor decks, sales pitches, onboarding documents, and event keynotes.

Quality & Delivery

● Proofread and review all presentation decks for accuracy, consistency, and visual impact.

Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered on time.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and presentation technologies to continually enhance output quality.

Key Skills & Competencies

● Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint; proficiency in tools such as Google Slides, Keynote, Canva, and Adobe

Illustrator/Photoshop is a strong advantage.

● Strong visual design sensibility with an understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.

● Ability to create engaging infographics, icons, and data visualizations that enhance comprehension.

● High attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and formatting.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to receive and integrate feedback.

● Skill in simplifying complex ideas into clear and compelling visual formats.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not

mandatory).

● 2–4 years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a similar creative role.

● A portfolio showcasing high-quality professional presentation work is required for consideration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
