Job Description

Marksman Metals Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC press brakes. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints to produce high-quality sheet metal parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brakes, including installing and adjusting tooling
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and drawings to determine bend sequence and dimensions
• Program, input, edit, and adjust CNC controller settings for accurate angles and tolerances
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, protractors, etc.)
• Maintain housekeeping of press brake machines, tooling inventory, and work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous CNC press brake experience required
• Strong understanding of press brake controls and operations
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Thorough understanding of bend allowances and sheet metal forming
• Familiarity with various tooling, dies, and sheet metal materials
• Must have own tools
• Reliable with consistent attendance and a strong work ethic

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 3:30/4:30 p.m.
• Overtime opportunities available

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20–$35 (flexible based on experience and skill level)
