Job Overview

We are an established commercial glazing contractor and manufacturer specializing in curtain walls, windows, and exterior building facades. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team in Horsham, PA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality aluminum and stainless steel components in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role for a professional who takes pride in precision fabrication and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Operation: Configure and operate press brakes (familiarity with Accupress preferred) to bend, form, and shape aluminum and stainless steel. Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects involving welding, assembly, or machining.
• Precision Fabrication: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure all parts meet exact specifications.
• Quality Control: Perform measurements using calipers, protractors, and other gauges to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and manage tooling and die changes.
• Safety: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to all workplace safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating in press brake machines in a fabrication environment. 5 years experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of tooling setup, calibration, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding sheet metal gauges/bend allowances.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
• Experience working with Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented
• Must have a reliable source of transportation and be able to pass a drug screening.
• Welding experience is a significant plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
