PRESS OPERATOR

About the Role:

The Press Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing and production process by efficiently operating and maintaining printing press machines to ensure high-quality output. This position requires a thorough understanding of machine set-up, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime. The operator will be responsible for managing the entire production process, from preparing materials and setting up equipment to monitoring the press during operation and performing routine maintenance. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating printing press machines in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine set-up and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in printing press operation or mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with clamp truck operation and handling production equipment.
