<div>Sidewalk Pressure Washing / Landscape Technician (Full-Time)

Pay: $20&ndash;$25/hr DOE | Mon&ndash;Fri + OT 


Seasonal Schedule:

Pressure Washing Season:
<ul><li>April &ndash; Mid May</li></ul>
<ul><li>Late August &ndash; Mid September</li></ul>
<ul><li>Hours: 9:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 AM</li></ul>

Landscape Season:
<ul><li>Mid May &ndash; Late August</li></ul>
<ul><li>Hours: 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM</li></ul> 


Responsibilities:

Operate equipment, perform pressure washing, maintain landscapes (pruning, weed control, bed maintenance, trash removal), and follow safety standards.

Requirements:
<ul><li>Small engine experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with plants/shrubs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license &amp; reliable transportation</li></ul>
<ul><li>Active cell phone</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to lift equipment &amp; work outdoors</li></ul>
<ul><li>DOT medical card &amp; random drug testing</li></ul>
<ul><li>Team-oriented</li></ul>
