Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Prior experience with pressure washing or similar outdoor maintenance tasks is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of surface materials and appropriate cleaning techniques is desirable.
• Reliable transportation to office; punctuality is essential for team coordination. Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
