Minimum Requirements

• 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Clean criminal background
• Smartphone with data for scheduling and team communication
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle physical workdays (~45 hours/week)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Full time availability March–December

What You’ll Do

• Power wash homes and surfaces with consistent quality
• Clean windows using professional equipment
• Use ladders, lifts, and equipment safely
• Keep job sites organized and equipment well maintained
• Work efficiently with teammates to deliver excellent results
• Drive safely to and from job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

• This job requires working outdoors, lifting 50+ lbs, and working on ladders/heights up to 30–40 feet. Are you comfortable with this?

Work Location: In person
