Preventive Maintenance Electrical / Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth functioning of machines and equipment.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
• Diagnose faults, repair, or replace worn parts in machines and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards during all activities.
• Maintain facility and work areas free from hazardous objects and substances
• Assist in preparation of budgets related to installation, maintenance, and consumables
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, spare consumption, and costs.
• Submit reports on maintenance progress to supervisors.
• Support material movement and manpower allocation for ongoing projects.
• Assist in preparation of documents for monthly and annual audits.
• Work in new machine installations ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules tailored to site conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
