Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst is an individual contributor who plays a key role in executing freight pricing across both spot and contract business while actively partnering with teams across the organization. This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to manage pricing events, maintain accurate pricing data, and translate market insights into actionable recommendations. In addition to strong analytical capabilities, the position requires clear communication and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decision making. Candidates with logistics or transportation backgrounds are strongly preferred and should enjoy a blend of data analysis and cross functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Execution & Support

• Manage and execute pricing events for spot and contract freight, including bid support and ad hoc pricing requests
• Maintain and update pricing inputs, rates, and assumptions in internal systems
• Support committed rate renewals, repricing efforts, and customer-specific pricing analyses
• Partner with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution and support profitability objectives

Market Intelligence & Analysis

• Monitor freight market trends, capacity shifts, fuel impacts, and competitive dynamics
• Support development of market insights and commentary for internal stakeholders
• Analyze historical pricing, win/loss data, and market benchmarks to inform strategy
• Assist with dashboards and reporting related to pricing performance and market conditions
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support pricing strategy and guide decision making

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key pricing point of contact for operational and commercial teams
• Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and presentations related to pricing and market conditions
• Help translate market data into actionable insights for decision-making

• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of spot and contract freight pricing fundamentals required
• Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
