The Opportunity: Pricing Analyst
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical person who enjoys working with data, learning software, solving problems, and supporting clients.
As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll analyze and maintain client data, respond to client needs, and help ensure our systems stay accurate and useful.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, curious, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Prior media or pricing experience is not required. What matters most is that you think clearly, learn quickly, communicate well, and take accuracy seriously.
You’ll work directly with data, software, clients, and internal team members to:
Maintain accurate client databases
Analyze pricing and ratings information
Support recurring client deliverables
Help clients understand and use our software
Meet important data and reporting deadlines
Use AI and automation tools to improve routine workflows
You won’t just enter numbers - you’ll learn how those numbers support smarter pricing decisions for media companies across the country.
What You’ll Do
Use ShareBuilders’ proprietary software to review charts, reports, and data trends
Analyze and interpret data that supports pricing decisions for TV and radio advertising
Maintain client databases by entering and reviewing ratings, audits, weekly data, financial information, and historical data
Meet recurring data entry, reporting, and maintenance deadlines
Provide responsive, professional customer support to clients
Assist with rate card updates, troubleshooting, and client questions
Identify client training needs and help coordinate or provide software training
Use AI, automation, and other tools to reduce repetitive manual work and improve accuracy
Help document processes and suggest better ways to complete recurring tasks
Support teammates and clients with clear communication and reliable follow-through
