Pricing and CS Specialist - Freight Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Pricing Specialist to manage and support our forwarding company in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and shipping lines.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to adjust pricing models accordingly.
• Support the customer service team in handling inquiries, bookings, and escalations.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing aligns with service offerings and cost structures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal pricing policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in UAE freight forwarding industry
• Strong knowledge of international logistics (air, sea, land), incoterms, and shipping documentation.
• Proven negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
