Overview:
To assist in the keying and maintenance of all pricing files and support the Retail Services Team.
Hourly In Office
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entering and maintaining the DSD pricing files to meet customer requirements and gross profit objectives.

Provide efficient and courteous support, problem resolution, and follow-up on customer pricing issues and concerns.

Assist retailers with vendor support: delivery issues, cost discrepancies, contact information, etc.

Coordinate and communicate with DSD vendors for pricing updates, allowances, new item information, store set schedules, etc.

Assist with entering sales plans and specific MDI commodities.

Provide support to MDI pricing department.

Participate in special projects as required by management.

May be required to perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Desirable Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of one year in customer service or supermarket/retail sales.

Above average organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be self-motivated.

Must have a sense of urgency in customer satisfaction and be able to keep matters and pricing confidential.

Knowledge of mainframe applications and IMS software applications preferred.

Must be dependable, have an excellent attendance record, ability to work flexible hours, and work independently.

Knowledge of GTIN/UPC/PLU identification; department and tax classifications necessary for scanning operations preferred.
