Job Summary

We are hiring a Pricing Data Specialist to manage and maintain accurate product pricing across our systems. This role is essential to ensuring pricing accuracy for over 100,000+ data points, directly supporting our Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets. This is more than a data entry role—you will take ownership of pricing integrity and help improve data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product pricing data in internal systems
• Create new parts with breakdown of components
• Build and maintain cost spreadsheets for new parts
• Verify pricing accuracy using internal and external sources
• Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies and missing data
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams
• Support pricing updates for new and discontinued products
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Document pricing updates and maintain organized records
• Recommend improvements to data processes and workflows
• Other data related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative roles
• Experience working with large datasets preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
• Mathematically proficient with strong analytical skills
• Ability to research and validate information independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pricing systems or databases
• Background in manufacturing or product-based industries
• Process improvement experience
• Familiarity with AI tools or data automation
