Pricing Engineer (Civil / Architectural)

• Reviewing project documents such as drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to fully understand the project scope.
• Analyzing work items and determining the appropriate execution methods for each item.
• Performing quantity take-offs or verifying quantities provided by the consultant.
• Estimating the cost of work items, including materials, labor, equipment, and indirect expenses.
• Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate and updated quotations.
• Preparing and professionally filling out BOQ pricing sheets.
• Analyzing risks and challenges that may affect project cost or duration.
• Preparing the financial proposal and organizing all pricing documents for tender submission.
• Comparing prices with previous projects or market rates to ensure competitiveness.
• Coordinating with other departments such as planning, procurement, and engineering to ensure data accuracy.
• Participating in pre-bid meetings and clarifying tender requirements.
• Preparing final cost reports after completing the pricing process and submitting them to management.
