Pricing Executive - Freight Forwarding

JOB TITLE: PRICING & QUOTATION EXECUTIVE – SCM BPO SERVICES Job Summary SCM BPO Services is looking for an experienced Pricing & Quotation Executive to manage pricing requests and quotation processes for clients based in the Middle East and Europe. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pricing, costing, or quotation functions within freight forwarding, or related BPO operations, and be comfortable working in client-dependent schedules. Key Responsibilities Pricing & Quotation Management • Prepare accurate and competitive pricing and quotations for clients in Middle East and European regions • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and partners to obtain rates and cost details • Analyse pricing components including freight, warehousing, transportation, customs, and value-added services • Ensure quotations are aligned with client requirements, service scope, and timelines • Revise and update quotations based on client feedback and negotiations • Maintain pricing databases and ensure rate validity and accuracy • Sea Freight & Air Freight pricing knowledge is required. • Generate new leads through email & other source of marketing. Client Coordination & Communication • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding pricing and quotation-related queries • Coordinate with international clients across different time zones • Maintain professional communication via email, calls, and internal systems • Support client onboarding with pricing documentation and service details • Ensure timely responses to client requests and strict adherence to deadlines Required Skills & Experience • 2+ years of experience in pricing, quotation, costing, or commercial roles ( Freight Forwarding experience must) • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics pricing structures • Experience handling international clients, preferably Middle East and Europe • Ability to work in client-dependent shifts and schedules • Strong analytical and numerical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and pricing tools/systems • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple pricing requests simultaneously Preferred Qualifications • Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field • Prior experience in SCM BPO or shared services environment • Knowledge of freight terms, Incoterms, and international logistics documentation. Pay: ₹15,674.13 - ₹35,502.46 per month
