Department: Merchant Acquiring / Business


We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to lead and optimize pricing strategies across our merchant acquiring business, including POS, e-commerce, and alternative payment channels . In this role, you will design competitive and commercially sound pricing frameworks, support high-value deal structuring, and collaborate across teams to drive profitability and growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Development

  • Develop pricing models for SME, SCF, and enterprise merchant segments
  • Benchmark pricing against market trends, competitors, interchange, and MDR dynamics
  • Define MDRs, transaction fees, and bundled pricing structures

Commercial Evaluation & Deal Structuring

  • Support Sales with bespoke pricing proposals and RFP responses
  • Evaluate large merchant deals for margin and profitability
  • Run scenario analyses based on volume assumptions and risk appetite

Analytics & Financial Modeling

  • Build and maintain pricing models across POS, online, QR, and contactless channels
  • Track projected vs. actual yields and recommend pricing adjustments
  • Partner with Finance to track portfolio profitability and margins

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with Product & IT to update pricing rules in systems and portals
  • Coordinate with Finance & Compliance to ensure pricing governance
  • Align with Risk & Underwriting to integrate risk-based pricing

Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain pricing approval workflows and documentation
  • Manage pricing versions, policies, and exception records

🔹 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
  • 5–8 years in pricing, business planning, or commercial analytics (payments/banking/fintech preferred)
  • Strong understanding of acquiring economics (MDR, interchange, scheme fees)
  • Experience with POS, e-commerce, and alternative payment pricing
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus
  • Strong commercial judgment, analytical ability, and attention to detail

🔹 Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to acquiring platforms (FSS, AFS, Network International) or pricing engines
  • Understanding of Visa/Mastercard rules and interchange-plus pricing
  • Experience supporting enterprise RFPs and complex merchant deals
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
