pricing specialist

Looking for a senior pricing specialist for Import and Export with minimum 5 years freight forwarding background.

Priority will be given to immediate available candidates.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Internal sales coordinator (pricing).
• Ensure all quotations for the exports/imports - ocean and air are sent on time to existing / new customers within the target timeframe.
• Deal with shipping lines / world wide offices to get shipments updates and to negotiate quotations.
• Making calls to new and existing customers to promote the company services and secure appointments and pass leads to the Salesperson to fix sales calls.
• Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
• Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
• Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently & with good communication skills.
• Support Customer Sales through service, education, and effective problem-solving.
• Handling of daily export /import customer service for customers assigned and new customers onboarded.
• Keep updated reports for each customer following the company SOP.
