Primary and Pre-primary School Teacher

Curriculum Development and Delivery: Plan and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring a broad and balanced curriculum is covered.

• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment, manage student behavior, and ensure all students are actively participating in learning.
• Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate student achievements and areas for improvement to parents.
• Student Support: Provide individual and group support for students with special needs or learning difficulties, and offer opportunities for students to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on current teaching practices, curriculum changes, and educational trends through ongoing professional development.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and other school staff to support students and improve teaching practices.
