What We Pay

  • Base salary of $120,000
  • Bonus of $1.00 per hour delivered (above 300) by your team.

What we ask in return

  • Manage up to 4 remote BCBAs
  • Coordinate with families, kiddos and RBTs/BTs
  • Be the trainer on the ground – manage and train all BTs/RBTs (up to 48)
  • Be responsible for all care
  • Carry a rotating case load of kiddos that need extra attention (not progressing under remote supervision).

About the Job

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will hold direct and indirect caseloads and provide oversight to our virtual BCBAs as well as clinic-based Behavioral and Registered Behavioral Technicians (BTs/RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with other Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team. Candidates should have excellent communication and documentation skills.

Requirements

  • Pass a Background Check
  • Holds certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA.)
  • Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
  • Holds NC BCBA License – if you do not hold one, you must obtain it within 30 days of employment.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and can quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
