Here's what we offer:

• Weekday outpatient practice (no weekends)
• Full-time is 4 clinic days (one admin day remote)
• Part-time and flexible clinician positions available also
• All clinics are Patient-Centered Medical Homes
• Each clinician has a dedicated medical assistant​ and shared RN
• Care teams include Integrated Behavioral Health clinicians, and clinical pharmacists to support providers and patients directly
• ​In-house specialists, on the same EMR include optometry, podiatry, dental, rheumatology, and asthma-allergy​
• EMR is Epic
