Primary Care Mobile PA-C or APRN

CCHCS is seeking an immediate dedicated and compassionate 1099 Primary Care PA-C/APRN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on preventive health measures and chronic disease management. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Set your own hours. You will see geriatric patients at a facility 2 times per month so range is 4-8 hours. Prefer experience with CureMD EMR. You are not paid for drive time.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Educate patients about health management, preventive care, and wellness strategies through effective health coaching.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid PA-C/APRN license in the state of NV
• Will collaborate and work under Medical Director- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding practices.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in primary care.

Pay: $85.00 - $98.00 per hour
