Primary Care NP or PA – Small Patient Panel, No Insurance Billing

Join a physician-led Direct Primary Care practice focused on relationship-based medicine with small patient panels and longer visits.

We care for a limited number of patients so clinicians can practice thoughtful, unhurried primary care without insurance billing or productivity quotas.

Our model allows you to focus on excellent care while building meaningful relationships with patients.

Typical patient panel per clinician: 400–600 patients with 30–60 minute visits.

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time primary care position
• One virtual/remote day per week
• $135,000-$150,000 per year plus bonus potential

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Texas
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care required
• Passion for relationship-based medicine and patient-centered care

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
