Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine

We are an Internal Medicine adult primary care practice in Apple Valley, CA, with two providers. We seek a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. We value helping patients understand their health and navigate the healthcare system. Our office is patient-centered, organized, and efficient. Summary:

Role: Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Adult Primary Care

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, 15-18 patients per day, 30-minute appointment slots, NO after-hours call, Flexible schedule- the position can be part-time and schedule is open to requests.

Compensation: $120,000-$180,000 per year + Annual Performance-Based Bonus
