What You'll Do

• Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy using evidence-based decision-making
• Utilize AI-assisted documentation tools to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency
• Collaborate with NP/DNP colleagues to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APRN license in Massachusetts required
• FNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, or ANP certification accepted
• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program required
• Minimum 3–5 years of primary care experience required
• Proven ability to work independently within a collaborative team
• Exceptional communication and clinical reasoning skills
