What You'll Do
- Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
- Practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy using evidence-based decision-making
- Utilize AI-assisted documentation tools to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with NP/DNP colleagues to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care
- Participate in care coordination, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted APRN license in Massachusetts required
- FNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, or ANP certification accepted
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program required
- Minimum 3–5 years of primary care experience required
- Proven ability to work independently within a collaborative team
- Exceptional communication and clinical reasoning skills
