Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive care to patients, focusing on preventive health measures, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be proficient in utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with experience across various medical specialties being a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to diagnose and treat various health conditions.
- Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive care to promote patient health.
- Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, and psychiatry to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and management of patient records.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding lifestyle changes and disease prevention.
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and basic life support as needed.
- Participate in clinical research and trials to contribute to advancements in medical knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Engage in discharge planning for patients transitioning from inpatient to outpatient care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution. We are flexible to work with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree
- Board certification in Family Medicine or General Medicine preferred.
- Experience with EHR systems; familiarity with ECW is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Ability to perform critical care procedures including airway management, IV infusion, and cardiac catheterization when necessary.
- Experience in diverse fields such as pediatrics, geriatrics, dermatology, or oncology is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and education.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
