Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient medical group in Broward County, Florida. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to an all-ages patient population in a supportive, team-based environment.

This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with a strong emphasis on continuity of care, patient education, and preventive medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to adult and family populations
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Conduct annual physicals, wellness visits, and follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance-based care models

Schedule

• Alternating schedule: 4 days one week, 6 days the next
• Every other weekend includes a 3-day weekend off
• Outpatient-only role with no hospital call responsibilities

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
