Your Role

Provide comprehensive primary care to adolescents, adults, and seniors, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits. You’ll work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians and a strong support staff in a physician-led environment designed to reduce administrative burden and burnout.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency program
• Active (or eligible for) Nevada medical license
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Preferred

• Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or value-based care
• Strong clinical documentation and coding awareness
• Desire to build long-term patient relationships

Position Details

• Full-time primary care position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Outpatient clinic setting with some telehealth
• Base salary $205,000 – $300,000 per year, depending on experience and panel maturity
