Primary Care Physician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical attention, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across diverse populations. Your expertise will help promote health, prevent illness, and manage chronic conditions through thorough assessments, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing patient education. Duties

  • Conduct detailed medical history reviews and comprehensive physical examinations to assess patient health status.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
  • Manage patient care plans, including medication administration, follow-up care, and referrals to specialists when necessary.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and other EMR platforms to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide preventive care services including immunizations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to promote overall wellness.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in primary care settings with familiarity in outpatient and inpatient environments.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms; experience with medical imaging interpretation is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and clinical evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service, education, and team collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
