Primary Care Physician – Brooklyn, NY
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) or Part-Time (up to 20 hrs/week)

Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. The role emphasizes prevention, wellness, and patient-centered care in a supportive private practice environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient care including wellness exams, GYN procedures, and office-based diagnostics.
• Manage a personalized patient panel using Amazing Charts EMR.
• Collaborate with medical assistants and admin staff.
• One weekend day per month is required.

Qualifications:

• BC in Family or Internal Medicine (new grads with 6-month grace period accepted).
• Active NY license (or willingness to obtain).
• Outpatient GYN experience required; LGBTQ+ care experience a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $220K–$275K + quarterly bonus up to $10K.
• 4 weeks PTO, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, 401(k) match, insurance benefits.
