We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Part-Time Courier to safely and efficiently transport important items between Madelia Health locations and community partners. From delivering lab specimens and pharmacy items to interoffice mail and supplies, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily hospital and clinic operations.

What You’ll Do

• Perform scheduled and on-demand courier routes between Madelia, Truman, Lake Crystal, St. James, and New Ulm.

• Safely transport lab specimens, mail, documents, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies, following chain-of-custody and infection-prevention protocols.

• Maintain accurate logs for pickups, deliveries, mileage, and temperature-controlled items.

• Operate Madelia Health vehicles safely in all weather and road conditions; use PPE as required.

• Provide friendly, professional communication with caregivers, vendors, and partners.

• Keep courier vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with transport supplies.

• Perform other related duties that support the Clinic and organization.
