Primary Care Physician – MD or DO | Integrative Medicine

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Doctor (MD / DO) to join our growing integrative practice. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, open-minded, and passionate about blending evidence-based medicine with complementary and holistic therapies in a supportive, patient-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, physical exams, and health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized, whole-body treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
• Oversee and collaborate on integrative therapies including IV therapy, vitamin injections, hormone therapy, and holistic treatments.
• Order and interpret advanced diagnostic testing including in-house blood work, EKG, ultrasound, allergy, and hormone panels.
• Provide men's and women's health services, weight management, and metabolic care.
• Document all clinical encounters accurately in Practice Fusion EHR.
• Supervise and collaborate with APNPs, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Deliver care both in-office and via telehealth consultations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, and all applicable medical regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active MD or DO license and board certification (Illinois).
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of integrative, holistic, and functional medicine principles.
• Experience with hormone therapy, pain management, IV therapy, or preventive medicine is a strong plus.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical judgment, and patient communication skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Practice Fusion or similar).
• Ability to supervise and mentor mid-level providers in a collaborative setting.
• Proficiency in a second language is welcome and valued.
