• $230K–$250K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care across all ages

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up car
• Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
• Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems
• Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
• MAT certificate required
• DEA registration preferred

• Preferred: urgent care/primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish
